You can now find Notes.ini documentation on developerWorks. These pages contain a comprehensive list of all public Notes.ini variables with descriptions, syntax examples, and UI equivalents, if available. Hosting the Notes.ini documentation on developerWorks means that it can be updated more frequently and searched more easily. And you can print the pages!  
Fundamental Notes.ini information, such as how to edit the notes.ini file and descriptions of the basic notes.ini variables found in the server configuration document, will continue to reside in the Domino Administrator Help.
